В ответ на пост “Где найти удаленных работников и как проверить их надежность?” хотелось бы выразить свое мнение по этому поводу.

На сегодняшний день существует уйма различных способов найти подходящего работника. Это как социальные сети, так и фриланс-ресурсы, да и простые сайты с работой никто не отменял. О каждом виде поиска стоит поговорить отдельно:

1. Фриланс-ресурсы - по моему мнению самое оптимальное место для поиска человека на разовую работу. Тут и разделение по специальностям, тут и возможность описать саму задачу и получить сразу от нескольких людей конкретные сроки и сумму, которую он хочет за это получить. Плюс ко всему есть еще и портфолио, рейтинг, отзывы прошлых работодателей и прочее.

2. Социальные сети - а вот здесь стоит искать работников только тем людям которые собаку съели на взаимодействии с социальными сетями. Т.е. сугубо ограниченный контингент. Сразу скажу что он явно не для меня.

3. Простые сайты с работой - единственный минус подобного выбора следует видеть в том, что люди размещающие резюме потенциально готовятся к постоянной работе, а не разовым заработкам. Поэтому есть возможность встретить стену непонимания на своем пути.

Где бы вы не искали работника на удаленную работу обязательно следует найти подход к человеку, разобраться в характере. Начинать следует с небольших проектов, при этом постепенно увеличивая ответственность.

Существует еще один вариант, это по друзьям-знакомым-родственникам прошерстить и найти ответственного студента - не студента, который согласиться пойти на переквалификацию. Т.е. вы его отдаете на курсы и чем дальше, тем сложнее он сможет выполнять проекты. И тут сразу появляется гарантия не срыва сроков. В любом случае кто хочет найти, он всегда найдет, а кто не хочет - ищет причины.
